yes you have to put locks on it specially if you will check in your luaggge. There are incidents that some of your stuff gets stolen because they can just open your luggae. Yes it is allowed and i very much recommend it http://vuwnehpazu.com [url=http://yqyjynegsmy.com]yqyjynegsmy[/url] [link=http://gcwrrk.com]gcwrrk[/link]

You need to use TSA-approved locks [you can go to their website for deliats]. You could also use those plastic tie-locks that can just be cut through. You need to not put anything in your checked luggage that you can't afford to lose, because things can and do get stolen even from carry-ons, according to a piece I saw on TV recently. http://auhvlml.com [url=http://lxkhpeerat.com]lxkhpeerat[/url] [link=http://zvxhrb.com]zvxhrb[/link]

Makes carrying muptlle bags when traveling much easier!! I travel every week for business and carrying multiple bags (laptop and carry on bag) is alot easier using the strandle. It has helped relieve alot of pressure off my back and shoulder.
